For FBOs interested in increasing fuel sales and maintenance revenues, ADG will help an FBO leverage under-utilized leasehold assets (such as undeveloped land or vacant ramp areas) by developing new hangars for based and/or transient aircraft. While ADG assumes responsibility for all of the site planning/design, construction, entitlements and financing, the FBO receives the benefit of increased market share, without the investment or capital risk of real estate construction and development. In cooperation with FBOs, ADG has recently completed, planned or is scheduled to commence construction of aircraft hangars and aviation facilities totaling over 400,000 square feet with a value exceeding $25 million. | At Palm Springs International Airport ADG has planned an FBO facility (10,200 square feet) and a 20,000 square foot transient hangar for Signature Flight Support with an estimated completion cost of $2,500,000. Additionally, ADG is developing 16 executive hangars (58,200 square feet) on Signature's leasehold which has been approved by the City of Palm Springs. Construction of the executive hangars are scheduled to commence in October 2004 and 14 of the units have been pre-sold. |
