Michael Dunn is Manager of Aviation Development Group LLC as well as President and sole shareholder of Dunn Properties Corporation ("DPC"). Since 1995, DPC and Aviation Development Group, in joint venture with their partners, have been responsible for the construction and development of investment real estate with an aggregate value exceeding $92 million. Additionally, DPC and Aviation Development Group, its affiliates and partners have been responsible for obtaining construction and permanent financing for their development activities exceeding $27 million combined with an equity investment of over $3,000,000.
