Aviation Development Group is currently processing necessary approvals and entitlements for a multi-phase hangar development at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (SUS). The development, located at the northeast corner of North Bell and Edison Avenues, will supply a mix of corporate and executive/box hangars that range in size from 2,600 sq. ft. (52' x 50') to 5,160 sq. ft. (86' x 60') and are designed to accommodate single-engine piston aircraft up to mid-size corporate jets. Some of the hangars have attached bungalows which may be used for office, flight planning or personal use (non-residential) and range in size from 1,050 square feet to over 1,650 square feet.
