Douglas R. Wagner, as Principal Architect for Aviation Development Group LLC, is responsible for conceptual site design and preliminary design of all structures including hangars, offices, flight crew facilities, FBO terminals and related facilities. He also prepares and coordinates entitlement submittals, construction documents and marketing materials.

With over 25 years experience as a professional architect, Mr. Wagner has worked in a variety of design disciplines including aviation, office, retail, residential, hospitality and industrial. He works mainly in the Colorado market, but has experience in many other states as well.

Doug is a licensed and registered architect in the state of Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.
