Michael E. Dunn, as Manager of Aviation Development Group LLC and President of Dunn Properties Corporation, conducts and oversees the real estate investment and development services offered by both firms, including aviation, land, commercial and residential development; municipal entitlements; the underwriting of real estate markets and projects; as well as negotiating the acquisition, financing and disposition of investments on behalf of both firms.

Since 1995, Dunn Properties Corporation and Aviation Development Group, in joint venture with their partners, have been responsible for the construction and development of investment real estate with an aggregate value exceeding $92 million.

Mr. Dunn is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami (Florida), with areas of concentration including urban planning, transportation and economics.
