Located at Palm Springs International Airport, our new executive hangars are being developed as part of a master-planned hangar community. Designed to utilize all the services of the nearby Signature Flight Support FBO facility, the site will include 16 individual hangars.

Access to the community is via a gated, private entrance. Hangars will feature extra-wide ramp areas, landscaped areas and private parking.
Turboprops and mid-sized jets will fit in our hangars. While the standard hangar will measure 60 feet by 60 feet, units are available up to 140 feet wide by 80 deep, with door heights of up to 22 feet. Each hangar may be expanded by the elimination of standard dividing walls or customized with the inclusion of crew quarters or office space.
The developer has negotiated a 40-year land lease, with an initial lease rate of $0.35 per sq. ft. for the hangar plus 10 feet of ramp space. For example, the initial annual ground lease payment for a standard 60’ x 60’ hangar will be $1,470.

Please contact ADG to obtain a copy of the Palm Springs Hangar Purchase Agreement. Reservations for individual hangars will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis, subject to our receipt of your completed Purchase Agreement and earnest money deposit. |
